Brandon J. Tindell

Brandon J. Tindell is native to Knoxville and has been an associate with the firm since 2014. Prior to being licensed, Mr. Tindell was a clerk with the firm beginning in April 2013. During Mr. Tindell's time at the firm, he has participated in complex litigation and business transactions in both the state and federal court systems, including a successful appearance at the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Tindell completed his undergraduate studies with dual degrees in both Economics and Business Management from Maryville College located in Maryville, Tennessee graduating magna cum laude in May 2004. Mr. Tindell was a member of a variety of student organizations while studying at Maryville College. In addition to his studies while in school, Mr. Tindell found time to both work at the local airport and earn a private pilot's license with additional ratings.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Tindell worked for a local law enforcement agency. In addition, Mr. Tindell was employed by an investment and benefits consulting firm, which required him to hold various federal securities licenses as well as a health insurance license.

Mr. Tindell graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in May 2014 with a concentration in Business Transactions. During his enrollment he participated in the Student Bar Association, Phi Alpha Delta, and was a Student Advisor.

Mr. Tindell is a member of the Hamilton Burnett American Inn of Court, the Knoxville Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
In his spare time, Mr. Tindell enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife, who is a veterinarian in the area, and exploring many different outdoor activities that East Tennessee has to offer.
